Payment Timing

Payment is confirmed at the time of reservation.

Deposit

A deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • If the shooting date is more than one month ahead, the deposit will be fully refunded upon cancellation.
  • If the shooting date is within one month, the deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.
  • In case of bad weather, the photographer will contact you by 10:00 AM on the day of shooting. You may then choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

Defective Services or Troubleshooting

If any issues such as data corruption or delivery errors occur, a re-shoot or full refund will be provided. Please contact us via the email address listed above.

Service Delivery Period

The shooting will be conducted on the confirmed date.

Edited photos are usually delivered online within 7–14 days after the shoot.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, refunds after the shoot are generally not accepted.

However, in cases such as bad weather or inability to shoot due to our circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Viewing Environment

To view and download your photo data, an internet-connected device (smartphone or PC) is required.
